Q1 2027: the new Abra experience

In the first quarter of 2027, Abra moves to a new interface that brings everything in this help into one, simpler experience. Your groups, employees, plans and history come with you, and the terms used here stay the same. Here's what's planned; details may change, and we'll share a full walkthrough before the switch.

• A home page for your role: what needs your attention first, such as approvals, funding and applications.
• Each employee in one place: their enrollment, history and documents, including enrollment PDFs for any plan year.
• Guided help and training: step-by-step walkthroughs built into the pages, and a demo mode for showing Abra without live data.
• A separate HRA choice: employees opt in or out of the HRA as its own step, apart from choosing a plan.
• One contribution across several plans: a single employer contribution that covers more than one group plan.
• Renewals end to end: set-up, emails, close-out and reporting run as one guided flow.
• Updated ICHRA wording, in line with the new federal name for these arrangements.
