Reports, quoting and notifications

Reports Coming soon
Open Reports from the main menu. It opens on the report catalog, and there are three tabs.
- Report catalog: pick a report and a group, set its options, and preview it. Search, sort and page through the preview; show, hide and reorder columns; then export to CSV, Excel or PDF, or Save report. Brokers can pick up to 50 of their groups at once for most reports. Group admins run reports for their own group.
- Saved reports: a saved report keeps its groups, options, columns, search and sort. Only you see your saved reports.
- Downloads: the ready-made files, such as employee and dependent information and elections by group or by product, plus ICHRA Coverage (as of a date).
Test employees and terminated employees are left out (the Terminations report lists terminated employees). SSNs show the last four digits only, and date of birth and gender are optional census columns, off by default.

As-of dates Coming soon
Most reports take an as-of date, so you can see coverage for 2026 and 2027 separately. Brokers can run reports across several groups at once.
Quoting (brokers) Coming soon
Quoting opens the Abra Proposal Builder. Upload a census (Excel, up to 5 MB), build ICHRA and group quotes, and export the proposal to Excel. Save your quotes in Abra, then open, rename or delete them; you can keep up to 500. Each broker sees only their own quotes. Quotes aren't linked to a group yet. Abra keeps each state's rate data up to date. Group admins don't have Quoting.
Notifications Coming soon
The bell in the top bar collects items that need you, such as new applications, monthly funding reminders, an employee's county move to review, or a county with no published plan list. The number on the bell shows how many are unread, and it checks for new ones about once a minute while Abra is open. Use Mark all read to clear them. Brokers and group admins get notifications; employees don't.
